Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Richter Consulting, Luis Richter, Südstrasse 24, 6010 Kriens, Switzerland, contact@richter-consulting.ch) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear written statement (e.g. by email). 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.

Please contact us at contact@richter-consulting.ch before returning any item. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been clearly personalised or customised.
