Delivery times
Our suitcases are shipped directly from the factory. Please allow the following delivery times after your order is confirmed:
  • Standard shipping: approx. 15–22 business days
  • Express shipping: approx. 10–14 business days (surcharge CHF 40.00)

 

Shipping costs
  • European Union (all countries): Free standard shipping
  • Switzerland: CHF 8.00 (standard shipping)
  • Express shipping: CHF 40.00 (available on request)

 

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
