These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the online store mycase-bag.de. The seller is Richter Consulting, Luis Richter, Südstrasse 24, 6010 Kriens, Switzerland (contact@richter-consulting.ch).

The display of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Buy now" you place a binding order. Acceptance occurs upon our order confirmation by email or upon dispatch of the goods.

All prices are final prices in CHF. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Goods are shipped directly from the factory. Please allow the following delivery times:

Free standard shipping within the EU. Switzerland: CHF 8.00.

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact contact@richter-consulting.ch. We offer goodwill-based support including free spare parts for defective components.

We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG ).
